Rebecca Eve Selkowe, J.D., AFC® is a NYC-based consumer finance educator, musician, and attorney, host of the Rock Your Money® Jam Sessions, and author of Dominate Your Debt: A Work & Play Book.
Rebecca is a sought-after speaker and subject matter expert who has empowered thousands of professionals worldwide to be confident and in control of their money. She specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and groups to manage and eliminate debt and create financial stability with multiple, variable, and episodic streams of income. Past and current clients include The Juilliard School, Bronx Museum, NYC Bar Association, Maggie Flanagan Studio, and Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
In addition to her private practice, Rebecca serves as the Director of Financial Wellness at a national non-profit organization that provides millions of dollars each year in services and financial support to members of the performing arts and entertainment community.
Rebecca is an Accredited Financial Counselor® and earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Lover of music, languages, and food, she has lived, worked, and studied in France, Romania, Austria, and China. She is a classically-trained singer and former competitive karaoke champion, MC and DJ.
